Rye Project is the latest venture by DeliMaster Adam Mesnick of the famed Deli Board, who has been looking for a way to bring the best of his Jewish deli food memories from Cleveland, Ohio, to San Francisco, using his own interpretation and methods. A labor of love on many levels, Rye Project strives to replicate the old world flavors of classic Jewish deli with a new-ish twist. Rye Project serves classic rye bread, the best corned beef and pastrami, with smoked fish, salads and soup rounding out the simple, yet delicious take on The Deli of Old.
Sauces, soups, and slicing are a major focus for Rye Project. The food is love made edible, a fast deli fix, stacked high in the classic format. Look for specials and old favorites on the ever changing menu.
